Bourbon County Farm Bureau awards more than $3,000 annually in scholarship funds.

2023 Local Scholarship Application 

Deadline: Friday, April 28, 2023

Eligibility: All applicants must be the child of a Bourbon County Farm Bureau family (or be a member themselves). The recipient’s major or future career plans must impact the agricultural industry in some capacity. Priority will be given to high school seniors, first-year College or technical school applicants, sophomores and juniors (in this order). 

2023 State Scholarship Application 

Deadline: February 28, 2022

Eligibility: All applicants must be the child of a Farm Bureau family (or be a member themselves). The recipient’s major or future career plans must impact the agricultural industry in some capacity. Priority will be given to high school seniors going to college or an accredited trade school in the following fall as full-time students. Kentucky Farm Bureau gives 25 $1,000 scholarships. 

National FFA Scholarship Program will open on November 1, 2022 and will deadline on January 12, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST. 

Kentucky Association for Agricultural Educators scholarship applications open in March and are due in April. See an FFA advisor for more detail!
