The weightings have changed for the Power of One KPI’s in the member traffic lights. Contribution and value add activities are weighted higher than the participation and engagement activities.
For the report 2 new KPI’s have been added for sponsoring a new person every 6 months and the amount of Thank you for Closed Business.
