Parent Volunteer Form

To become a parent volunteer at Brooke Middle School, you must complete an online application using the following link:

BMS Parent Volunteer Application 

Once all items are complete, you will need to be approved at the Brooke County Board of Education meeting.

Once you are approved, you may begin volunteering at our school. Volunteers can attend field trips, assist with PBIS activities, chaperone school dances, help with the Scholastic Book Fair, and more!
