Boyana Martinova

I am currently a fifth year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I am interested in commutative algebra with some flavor of algebraic geometry, and I am co-advised by Daniel Erman and Jose Israel Rodriguez. My CV can be found here (updated October 2025). 

Prior to coming to Madison, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Utah. While there, I wrote an honors thesis on introductory algebraic geometry under the advisement of Karl Schwede. 

In 2025-2026, I am on the academic job market.
