Shaftworks USA Bilanx ONE Street coilovers installed on my Crosstrek.
Here you will find information on how to lower your Crosstrek.
When lowering, make sure you also get adjustable front sway bar end links. Adjustable rear lower control arms are also a must if you wish to have adjustable camber in the rear. Avoid buying cheap coilovers.
If you are not sure if a specific set of coilovers will fit your Crosstrek, contact the manufacturer to confirm fitment.
There are some manufacturers that will build custom built-to-order coilovers for the Crosstrek. The ones that are listed below are just the ones I know of. If anyone knows more manufacturers that do this, please let me know and I will add them to the corresponding list.
For the first generation Crosstrek, any coilovers designed for the 2008–2014 Impreza WRX (non-STi) (third generation Impreza) have been proven to be a direct fit without any modifications required. If you are on a tight budget, you can use the OEM 2008–2014 WRX suspension, which can be easily found second-hand.
Companies that offer off-the-shelf coilovers designed specifically for the first generation Crosstrek include:

Some owners have said that FR-S/BRZ/GT86 coilovers will fit the second generation Crosstrek, but this usually isn't recommended due to concerns about them being set up for a completely different body style.
It has also been said that the suspension design was revised for the 2020-2023 model years, so some coilovers designed for this generation may not fit those years. Always check with the manufacturer to confirm fitment before purchasing.

Since the third generation Crosstrek is still very new, there aren't a lot of choices available. However, any coilovers designed for the 2022+ WRX should be a direct fit, as confirmed by this Facebook post.

Refer to this guide when searching for adjustable front sway bar end links. Any parts designed for the equivalent WRX or STi platform should fit your Crosstrek.
2013–2017 Crosstrek: 2008–2021 WRX or STi
2018+ Crosstrek: 2022+ WRX
To my knowledge, the rear lower control arms have been identical across all model years of the Crosstrek, so anything that's designed to fit on the 2008+ Impreza/WRX/STi should be a direct bolt-on.
The lower camber bolt mounting hole is in a different location. At your own risk, you can bore out the lower bolt hole about a half inch and make it work.
Due to safety reasons, I personally don't recommend this. Save yourself the trouble and find suspension designed for 2008–2014 WRX, which is a direct bolt-on for the first gen Crosstrek.
The lower bolt hole on this 2012 STi strut is bored out for fitment on a 2013–2017 Crosstrek.
