House Rules

We ask that everyone conduct themselves in a way that respects others, ensure the residence remains clean and safe.

Below is a condensed version of the house rules and we request that if you are hosting vacationers or tenants this information be included in any information you provide to your guests and tenants prior to their arrival.

Pets must be leashed at all times.
Pets not allowed in pool area.
Pets not allowed to linger in common areas
Pet owners must pick up after their pet. (poop stations with bags provided)
Guests of residents may not bring in pets.
Guest not allowed without presence of resident.
No parties at pool without board approval. (8 or more considered a party)
NO HANGING OF LAUNDRY OR TOWELS OUTSIDE ON PATIOS OR BALCONIES THE TERRACES ARE NOT TO BE USED AS STORAGE AREAS
Persons returning from beach MUST rinse sand off prior to entering pool and elevators
No glass at pool area
No running or horseplay in pool or pool area.
No loud music and no music at pool, (head phones only)
No children under 12 without adult supervision in pool and pool area.
Household trash only. Trash must be bagged and tied and placed inside the bins located at each building, lift lid and place inside the receptacle. DO NOT SIT TRASH OUTSIDE ON SIDEWALK
Only one car allowed for visitors and it must park across the street.
No car repairs on premises or car washing.
Only 4 small to average size persons in elevator. Do not overload.
Do not hold elevator doors open will cause elevator to shut down.
Gym users must clean their machines after use, wipes are provided in gym.
Gym is for resident use only
No loud music after 10pm. Note if any sound, music, dog barking, etc., causes nuisance to another resident at any time of day or evening the 10pm time does not apply.
