The residence is situated on top of a hill with great views of the Maho golf course, the lagoon and Caribbean sea.
We are within walking distance to the usual amenities including ATM's, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, bars and restaurants in Maho with easy access to the rest of the island.

There are several private pools with water features available all year round to cool off after basking in the warm tropical sunshine.
We provide sun beds and parasols for our residents to enjoy lazy afternoons topping up your tans.
The is a small pool that we are planning to upgrade to being heated with water jets so it can be enjoyed all year round.
All the pools are continuously cleaned and maintained by a professional organisation.

We pride ourselves in having a beautiful lush tropical garden that is maintained by a full time gardener.
Enjoy a walk or rest a while amongst tropical flowers and try and spot the humming birds that frequently visit.

The security of our residents is something we take very seriously here at Blue Marine.Residence access All the gates are badge and code access only and each condo is equipped with a live feed and intercom to the gate to allow access to your visitors. Residence Perimeter We are protected by a high fence with lighting and cameras strategically situated. Security In the evening and at night we have a security guard who monitors the cameras and patrols the residence.Fire Safety All building are equipped with fire alarms, sensors in strategic locations and fire extinguishers

One of the advantages of living in Blue Marine is access to a well equipped air conditioned Gym that is open 24 hours a day for any of its residents.

Each building has its own elevator which allows easy access not only from the parking level for groceries but also access directly to the Pool level. These elevators have recently been replaced as part of the ongoing improvements
The whole site has been designed to ensure that there is easy access for people with disabilities

The building enjoys private parking in front of the buildings and we even have an underground area for some owners.

To protect our residents from power cuts that are unfortunately all too frequent, Blue Marine has invested in several generators that keep each building fully powered during any power outage.
The system is fully automatic so you will never know if there has been a power cut.

Electricity: All condos are supplied with 110V and US standard outlets
Internet: All condos normally have wiring for ADSL connection to the internet or if you prefer we also have high speed fiber optic in the building. Installation and monthly costs are at owners expense.
