Determine the skills necessary to effectively design and deliver online or blended learning.
Apply a suitable model to create an effective online or blended/hybrid learning experience.
Identify digital technologies available to support blended and flipped learning
Integrate the appropriate level of technology seamlessly into the lesson design
Develop a blended/hybrid course design plan
Develop appropriate learning activities for use in either face-to-face or online settings
Develop a teaching unit for a blended/hybrid course that includes face-to-face and online components

Assalamualaikum wrt and hello everyone,
I am a Professor of Food Technology at the School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). I have been teaching for the last 28 years (since 1994).
In my current role as the Director of the Centre for Development of Academic Excellence, I'm responsible for designing and running a professional development programme in technology-enhanced learning and student-centred learning for the academic staff.
