Given website articles, you will identify strategies for designing online and offline stations.
Given a video of a class, you will analyze the station rotation model and discuss with your classmates how you would integrate technology into the lesson.

Read the articles from Catlin Tucker's website with ideas and strategies for creating and implementing effective online and offline stations. You may use the note-taking guide on the right to record key points from the articles.

Step Two: View
Directions:
This 10-minute video shows how a teacher used the strategy of small group stations to differentiate for her students. This lesson includes only offline stations. As you view the video, think about how you would plan a station rotation lesson like this one without the extra teachers in your classroom. Instead of extra teachers, students have access to laptops at two of the stations. In other words, how could you integrate technology and "blend" the learning?
