Feb 2024

Much excitement when the riding gear arrived.  A photo shoot was immediately organised  with the results below.

Jan 2024

The route had been finalised and accommodation booked.  A website with links to JustGiving and Parkinson's charities created and made public.  Support for the charities started to flow in. 

June 2023

By this time a rough plan had been developed, 9 days was way too tough and this initial plan was spread over 15 days.  Around this time a decision was made to support Parkinson's charities in both Australia and the UK.  Further work on the route resulted in an extension to 16 days, a design for clothing was developed and most importantly a Tour Director volunteered, that meant we did not have to strong arm our 4th brother into helping us.   

The Beginning.

Back in 2022 a group of workmates undertook a ride from Lands End to John o'Groats.  They did it in 9 days but it looked a lot of fun (and a lot of pain).  Chatting about it in one of our regular brotherly zoom sessions morphed into that would be a good thing todo.....
