Camera and Microphone Access (Required)
Black Screen Camera requires access to your device's camera and microphone in order to provide its core functionality — recording video and audio through a black screen interface.
Photo Library Access (Optional)
With your prior permission, the Application may access your device's photo library to save recordings or import existing media. You can enable or disable this at any time through your Device settings.
Local-only data storage
All media recorded using the Application is stored locally on your Device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store any recordings on external servers. When you uninstall the Application, all associated data is automatically and permanently removed from your Device.
No location data
The Application does not request, collect, or use your location data in any form.
No push notifications
The Application does not currently send push notifications.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Company may use collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage and diagnosing technical issues.
- To improve and customize our Service, based on aggregated and anonymized usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations, if required by applicable law or regulation.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application does not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. In the future, the Company may integrate services such as Firebase (Google LLC) for analytics and crash reporting. If and when such services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not retain Personal Data on our servers. Any data stored by the Application resides on your Device and is removed automatically upon uninstallation.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
