Black Panther Wakanda Forever doesnt focus on risks, but it does have its moments where risks in technology are shown.
Riri (Iron Heart)
Riri, a new tech savy prodigy created a iron suit inspired by Iron Man, who is someone she looked up to. While Riri is attending MIT, she invents a Vibranium detector which put her on the radar of the US intelligence services and Namor. Her new invention causes a whole war to break out since Vibranium is a resource that is trying to be hidden and people are trying to take it. Riri put the invention out there without thinking about how other people would interpret the use of it. She didnt think about the execution of the invention. [1]

Namor
Namor, the leader of Talokan took many risks throughout the movie which ultimately cost him his protection of his people and losing to Shuri. Namor would first take risks by introducing his secret homeland to Shuri and expose his people. He did this to try and guilt Shuri into convincing her that she should eliminate all ways of finding vibranium so he can protect his people. While exposing his people to Shuri didnt harm them, he took the risk of Shuri turning on him and now putting a target on himself and his people that he protects. He also took the risk of sending his army to fight the Wakandans on the ship. He knew that he would lose many soldiers but sent them in as he felt like it was necessary so he could keep his underwater city and civilians at peace. He also risked fighting Shuri on a desert like surface. He is vulnerable to dry environments but decided he needed to fight her to end the battle once and for all
