Research is a "creative and systematic" inquiry to extend a field including enhancing a knowledge level. Basic steps involve the collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of information in the field. Research may replicate a past work or implement a new project as a whole. Either of them entails devising procedures and scientific methodology; accomplish experiments; generate, test, and validate results; publish the idea to get national and international recognition from the community; transform the methodology into technology to make products, etc.. ---"Research holding the torch of knowledge"
