Guidelines:

The purpose of the meeting agenda is, of course, to provide all participants with a chance to contribute meaningfully to the business of the investment club. Process improvements continue to be made to achieve the following objectives:

1 - make the agenda relevant to and focused on the business of running the Club

2 - improve the quality of the stuff being presented

3 - simplify the process of recording the results of the meeting

4 - making sure that all Partners have an equal voice in the running of the Club

A key point is that all Partners have input into the agenda build. The president's role is to resolve any conflicts and keep the meeting focused on the business at hand.

During and after the meeting this same document, with notes, becomes the minutes of this meeting.
