버디메이트 아동 안전 표준
페어웨이앤컴퍼니(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 버디메이트는 아동·청소년에 대한 성적 학대와 착취(CSAE)를 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다.
1. 성인 전용 서비스
버디메이트는 19세 이상(「청소년 보호법」에 따라 19세가 되는 해의 1월 1일부터)만 가입할 수 있습니다. 가입할 때 휴대폰 본인확인으로 나이와 본인 여부를 확인하며, 본인확인은 1년마다 다시 받습니다. 본인확인 결과 중 이름과 휴대전화번호는 저장하지 않고, 생년월일·성별과 중복 가입을 막기 위해 복원할 수 없게 변환한 값만 보관합니다. 미성년자로 확인되거나 의심되는 계정은 이용을 정지합니다. 회원이 모임에 함께 데려오는 일행도 19세 이상이어야 합니다.
2. 금지하는 행위
다음 행위는 금지하며, 확인되면 사전 통지 없이 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
· 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)을 올리거나, 보내거나, 요구하거나, 링크를 공유하는 행위
· 아동·청소년을 성적 대상으로 표현하거나 성적 목적으로 접근·유인(그루밍)하는 행위
· 아동·청소년의 성을 사거나 파는 행위, 이를 알선·광고하는 행위
· 아동·청소년을 상대로 한 성적 협박·갈취
· 미성년자가 나이를 속여 가입하는 행위, 미성년자의 가입을 돕는 행위
· 미성년자를 모임의 일행으로 데려오는 행위
3. 예방 조치
· 프로필 사진은 관리자가 확인한 뒤에만 다른 회원에게 보입니다.
· 모든 프로필, 모임 화면, 단체 대화와 1:1 대화에서 다른 회원을 신고하거나 차단할 수 있으며, 회사는 신고된 회원을 모임에서 내보내거나 이용을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다.
4. 신고 방법
· 앱 안에서: 상대 프로필, 모임 화면의 같이 칠 분 옆 ⋯, 또는 대화방의 메뉴 → "신고하기"

신고는 접수 후 24시간 이내에 확인을 시작합니다.
5. 확인되었을 때의 조치
회사는 아동·청소년 성착취물이나 아동·청소년 대상 성범죄 정황을 알게 되면 지체 없이 다음 조치를 합니다.
· 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 다른 회원이 볼 수 없게 차단합니다.
· 해당 계정의 이용을 정지합니다.
· 대한민국 법령에 따라 경찰 등 수사기관에 신고하고 수사에 협조합니다.
6. 법령 준수
회사는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「전기통신사업법」 등 아동 안전에 관한 대한민국 법령을 준수합니다.

BirdieMate Child Safety Standards
BirdieMate, operated by Fairway&Company, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Adults only. BirdieMate is only for users aged 19 or older (from January 1 of the year in which they turn 19, under the Youth Protection Act of Korea). We verify age and identity through mobile phone identity verification at sign-up, and users must re-verify every year. We do not store the name or phone number from the verification; we keep only the date of birth, gender, and an irreversibly transformed value used to prevent duplicate accounts. We suspend any account confirmed or suspected to belong to a minor. Guests that members bring to a group round must also be 19 or older.
2. Prohibited conduct. The following leads to permanent account suspension without prior notice: posting, sending, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualizing minors or grooming; buying, selling, arranging or advertising sex with minors; sexual extortion of minors; minors misrepresenting their age to sign up, or helping a minor sign up; bringing a minor to a group round as a guest.
3. Prevention. Profile photos are shown to other members only after review by an administrator. Every profile, group round screen, group chat and one-to-one chat has report and block functions, and we may remove a reported member from a group round or suspend or terminate the account.
4. How to report. In the app: on a member's profile, the ⋯ next to a member on a group round screen, or the menu in a chat, choose "Report". By email: fairway9798@naver.com. We begin reviewing reports within 24 hours.
5. What we do. When we become aware of CSAM or a suspected sexual offense against a minor, we promptly remove or block the content, suspend the account, and report to the police or other investigative authorities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and cooperate with investigations.
6. Legal compliance. We comply with the child safety laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses and the Telecommunications Business Act.
