Int. 274: Nighttime illumination during peak avian migration periods

Light draws migratory birds into NYC—and then they meet our glass buildings. This bill requires city-owned buildings to turn off non-essential outdoor lights from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during migration season. Bill here.
