I was using a self study with a book culture. I used to describe/explain/share to my classmates.
(When I reflect on this method of learning, if found that I'm limiting my knowledge only on what I know by repeatedly telling the same thing) ( On a positive side, I have developed a good memory and have a good theoretical knowledge).
Now I would like to use the "Commitment to constructed knowledge" as a way of my learning.
Just adding a case here: If I don't come above the book, I would have still use the traditional approach of passive physiotherapy (Eg: Ultrasound and IFT for knee OA) to active physiotherapy (Core treatment of knee OA: Education, exercise, weight management and self management strategies) through evidence based and guideline based care.
Therefore I should commit for a constructed and practical knowledge.
