Q & A. 1. The MCQ tree and OSCE stood out for me.

Q & A. 2. I would like to develop few MCQ questions considering the MCQ tree in my mind. And I would like to review it with my peers. For OSCE, I would like to develop a plan and content beforehand the students comes to clinical placement and incorporate it during their ongoing placement evaluation.

Q & A. 3. Some form of both the methods have been use in my institution. More systematic and implementing checklist would improve the quality of assessment.
