Biologist, master in Zoology (2012), doctor in Ecology and Conservation (2016) by the Universidade Federal do Paraná and the University of New Mexico, USA. Posdoc in Ecology and Conservation and in Bioprocesses Engeneering and Biotechnology. With experience in application of genetic markers and mathematical modeling to evaluate environmental impacts, projects in nature conservation, biomonitoring, bioinvasions, parasitology and emerging diseases.
Graduated in Biological Sciences at Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR, 2010-2012). Doctor in Ecology and Conservation by UFPR 2019. His general interest is to better understand the role of coevolutionary processes in diversification of organisms. His work approaches the effect of reproductiove strategy and antagonistic interactions in spatially explicit models in diversification and speciation.
Graduated in Biological Sciences by Universidade do Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP,2013); masters in Botany (2015) and PhD in Ecology and Conservation by Universidade Federal do Parana (2019). Interested in mathematical modelling applied to ecology and evolution, as well as analytical tools for interaction nets. He currently works with coevolutionary models in antagonistic symbioses, along with ecological research related to emerging infectious disease COVID-19. Interested in programming languages, data science, bioinformatics and reproductibility of science.
Biologist, master (2013) and PhD (2019) in Ecology and Conservation by Universidade Federal do Parana. With experience in the areas of parasitology, molecular biology, zoology, ecology, biogeography, evolution and conservation genetics.
