4th BINA Workshop 

 As detailed in the first announcement, the fourth BINA Workshop is being organized at the Department of Physics, University of Calicut, Kerala, India. This workshop aims to unite collaborators from both countries, offering a platform to present the outcomes of their joint research and foster meaningful discussions. Those who are interested in joining this collaboration are strongly encouraged to participate and present their research in the meeting. Ample time will be dedicated to interactive sessions to encourage the exchange of ideas and future planning. The proceedings of the workshop will be published in the Bulletin de la Société Royale des Sciences de Liège (a peer-reviewed, open-access online journal).

Given logistical constraints, we anticipate being able to accommodate approximately 150 participants in person. We request you to confirm your participation by filling out the registration form and submitting the abstract. If you have trouble submitting the form, you may email us at binaconsortium@gmail.com. Participation in the 4th BINA meeting will be by invitation, extended in response to entries submitted via the registration form indicating your interest in attending. There will be a nominal registration fee for attending the meeting, which will cover participation, lunch, and tea breaks on all the days. Registration fees will be collected once registrants receive an invitation to participate.  The amount is 

• For Faculty members from abroad - 100 Euro

• For Students and Postdocs from abroad - 50 Euro

• For Faculty members from India - Rs. 2000/-

• For Students and Postdocs from India - Rs. 500/-

Below is the tentative timeline leading up to the meeting:

• Registration opens: 15 April 2025

• Abstract submission deadline: 15 May 2025

• Program announcement: 31 July 2025

• Registration fee deadline: 30 August 2025

• The conference starts: 04 November 2025

• Receipt of full paper for the proceedings: 07 December 2025
