Guidelines

Oral Presentation

1. All presentations will be made using the laptops provided by the LOC at the venue. It is preferred that presentations be submitted in PDF format.

2. Please check in advance that your presentation can be copied to the provided laptops and runs smoothly, ensuring that all animations (if any) function correctly.

3. Kindly arrive in the lecture hall at least 15 minutes before the start of your session to verify these aspects.

4. As we have a tight schedule, we request all speakers to adhere strictly to the allotted time to ensure that sessions start and end as planned.

Poster Presentation

1. Please bring a physical poster of A0 size in portrait format (2.759 × 3.901 ft). Posters should be mounted in the poster display hall according to the order assigned by the program committee.

2. Display the title and authors’ names prominently at the top of the poster to help viewers easily identify your work.

3. Clearly highlight the authors’ names and contact information (email address) so that interested viewers can reach out for further discussion.

4. Ensure that text and figures are large and clear enough to be read comfortably from a distance of at least 2 meters.

Code of Conduct

As our community grows, it naturally becomes more diverse. This is an important time to remind ourselves of our shared responsibility to make every member feel welcome, comfortable, and respected. We aim to foster a positive culture of acceptance and inclusion across all our activities.

The LOC hopes that all BINA activities will be productive and enjoyable for everyone—regardless of age, gender, religion, caste, disability, ethnicity, nationality, or sexual orientation. We expect and request all participants to act in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner. Differences of opinion may arise, but we should always remain considerate and courteous toward one another.

Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

We ask that all participants adhere to the following standards of behavior:

• Participants are expected to refrain from making any statements against the nation or its integrity.

• Be professional, considerate, respectful, and collaborative in all interactions.

• Do not create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for others.

• Do not engage in physical or verbal abuse.

• Do not engage in harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.

• Speak up if you witness unacceptable behavior or report it afterward.
