By using BillBanao, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the application.

1. About BillBanao

BillBanao helps users manage leads, products, quotations, invoices, GST-related information, document exports, and business records.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business, customer, product, tax, and GST information

• Reviewing quotations and invoices before downloading or sharing them

• Ensuring documents comply with applicable tax and business laws

• Keeping your account and email access secure

• Maintaining backups of important business documents

3. Tax and Legal Disclaimer

BillBanao is a document-generation and business-management tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, GST, or tax advice. Users should consult a qualified professional when necessary.

We do not guarantee that every quotation or invoice generated through BillBanao will meet every legal, accounting, or tax requirement applicable to your business.

4. Use of Data

We may process information provided through BillBanao to operate and maintain the application, create and manage user accounts, save and synchronize user data, authenticate users, provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve application features.

We may also use data to analyze how users interact with the application, monitor performance, identify and fix bugs, understand usage patterns, and improve our services and business operations.

With your permission where required, we may use your information to send important service-related notifications, product updates, feature announcements, and other communications related to BillBanao.

To the extent permitted by law, BillBanao and its developer will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business data, tax penalties, or damages resulting from inaccurate information entered by users, service interruptions, or reliance on generated documents.

10. Future Paid Features

BillBanao is currently available without paid subscriptions. Premium features or subscriptions may be introduced later. Any applicable prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund conditions will be shown before purchase.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when BillBanao changes or when required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
