CURSO 2024-25

My name is Kat Samaranayake and I am from Connecticut in the United States! I studied Psychology at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and I took a special interest in the Spanish courses I completed there. At home, I worked as a substitute teacher for over 3 years at an elementary school and worked mostly with students who had special needs. Overall, I love teaching and contributing to the education system whether that be in Spain or the US! Over the course of my time at IES Rodrigo Caro, I will aid students in grasping a better understanding of the English language as well as American culture. I am so thankful for the opportunity to educate and help teach English!
