Hello! My name is Ciara Gaughan, and I am from New York City. I am one of the auxiliaries for the 2022-2023 year. In college I studied Spanish and Philosophy. This year, I have had the privilege of working with Rodrigo Caro to help improve its student's English skills. I have also taught the students about cultural events in the United States, and Ireland, where my family is from. In my 6 months of working here, I have learned so much about the Spanish culture and language. I truly believe this is a wonderful opportunity for students and auxiliaries alike to learn and grow together!

My name is Nicole Mitchell and I am one of the two auxiliares for the 2022-2023 school year. I am from New Jersey, but I have lived in Philadelphia for the past 5 years. I received my Masters in Education from The University of Pennsylvania and then taught elementary school the year before I moved to Spain to teach English here! I have assisted in many different subjects and grades throughout this year. I have created presentations to inform the students about my American life back home! I have tutored students who were interested in extra practice as they prepared for their B1 and B2 english exams. I am returning next school year and I am so grateful for this opportunity to continue to learn from the amazing students and teachers at Rodrigo Caro.
