For a technical issue, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. You may attach a screenshot after hiding private information. Never send your Apple Account password, full payment-card details, or private religious or health information.
No separate VerseNest account is required. Purchases use your Apple Account. VerseNest does not provide an account-based cloud library or cross-device synchronization of favorites and reading history.
First open VerseNest and save a configuration in Widgets. Use the app’s setup guide for your device. On supported iPhones, you can add a Home Screen widget through the Home Screen’s Edit / Add Widget controls, or add a Lock Screen widget through Customize → Lock Screen → Add Widgets. Search for VerseNest and choose a supported size. Where a configuration selector is offered, edit the installed widget and select your saved VerseNest configuration. Exact system labels vary by OS version and device.
Direct Scripture display is a Premium feature. Free or expired plans show a prompt you can tap to read today’s General verse in the app. If you have an active subscription or a valid Lifetime purchase, open VerseNest while connected to the internet and use Me → Restore Purchases if needed.
Apple controls when widgets actually refresh. A preferred frequency is not a guarantee of an exact update time. Open VerseNest, check your Premium status and selected sources, confirm that the installed widget uses the intended configuration, and save any changes. Use Me → Troubleshooting for more help. If Favorites is your only source, make sure that you have saved a passage.
A widget can follow Today’s selected topics without always displaying the same passage as the Today screen. Small layouts may shorten a passage with an ellipsis; open the app to read it in full.
Bundled passages, prayers, and saved local content can be read offline. Previously verified Premium access can also work offline within its valid access period. Buying or restoring purchases and refreshing purchase status may require an internet connection.
Open Me → Language and choose English or Español. The same Bible passage is shown using the selected language’s source text; the two translations may use different wording. Your favorites and topic choices stay associated with the same passages.
Connect to the internet and open Me → Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. An eligible active subscription or valid Lifetime purchase can restore access. An expired subscription does not renew through restoration. Restoring purchases does not restore lost favorites, reading history, reminders, or devotional progress.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled. An eligible trial, if offered, converts to the stated paid plan unless canceled in time. The actual price, trial duration, eligibility, and renewal terms are shown before confirmation. Trial reminders are optional conveniences and are not guaranteed to arrive; do not rely on a reminder to meet a cancellation deadline.
On your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select VerseNest, and choose the cancellation option. Apple advises canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app or emailing support does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests, subject to applicable consumer rights. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its rules and applicable law. Contact us if you need help identifying the purchase or have an unresolved service complaint.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. If you buy Lifetime while a separate subscription is still active, check and cancel that subscription in Apple’s settings to avoid an unwanted renewal; do not assume it is canceled automatically.
You can continue reading the free General content in the app. Widgets return to the free prompt, and Premium-only settings and views become unavailable. Local records and saved settings are retained unless you delete them or they are otherwise lost; paid access does not guarantee data recovery.
Check Me → Reminders, confirm that the reminder is enabled, and allow notifications for VerseNest in your device settings. Focus modes and other system settings may affect delivery. Ordinary reminders and any trial reminder are scheduled locally on the device.
Remove individual favorites and unwanted reminders in the app. To remove the app’s local storage, use your device’s Delete App option, rather than Offload App. System backups or previously shared images may remain; manage those separately. VerseNest does not maintain a cloud copy of your devotional library. Contact us about support correspondence or information processed by analytics or diagnostics providers. Uninstalling does not cancel billing or erase Apple’s purchase records.
Devotional prayers are reflections inspired by Scripture, not Bible quotations.
VerseNest supports personal Christian reflection. It does not provide medical treatment, mental-health care, professional counseling, or emergency monitoring. Topic names such as Healing or Anxiety describe devotional themes, not promised health outcomes. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; for personal care, speak with a qualified professional or trusted pastoral adviser.
