Here are some of the picture books I have enjoyed using in the classroom.
I believe that picture books are great for Second Language classrooms. Students are able to develop their visual literacy skills by using pictures to help them understand the story. Pictures hold vital information that will also enable students to develop different strategies such as inferencing and summarizing.
