Background

I am from Shawville, Qc, which is a small town in the Outaouais region. I also lived for about ten years in Gatineau while I completed high school and Cegep. I always knew that I was going to be a teacher. Being the eldest in my family, you could always find me leading my sister and my cousins. Later on, I developed a love of languages which led me to choose to become an ESL teacher.  

Interests, Activities, & Plans

My interests include reading, cooking, and spending time with my loved ones. Upon my graduation from Bishop's, I plan to move back to the Gatineau area and start my teaching career either at the elementary or high school level. My main professional objective is to help my students develop a love for the language I am teaching them and to help them realize that languages are valuable assets.
