We are a group of experimental and computational biologists to understand fundamental questions (e.g., dysregulation of the homeostasis) in biology that can give rise to diseases such as immune or cancer-related disorders.
We are a group of experimental and computational biologists to understand fundamental questions (e.g., dysregulation of the homeostasis) in biology that can give rise to diseases such as immune or cancer-related disorders.
Mission
-We develop state-of-the-art single cell genomic technologies to profile and perturb the cell dynamics in unprecedented resolution and scale. We leverage these tools to investigate their phenotypic state (e.g., transcriptome) the circuitry (e.g, cell-cell interactions) to understand how individual cells process signal and control decision-making to external stimuli.
-Our long-term goal is to leverage these high-throughput approaches to dissect genetic architecture of individual human variation and provide novel therapeutic targets for the development of personalized medicines.
