Terms of Reference for Assistant Program Officer, Bhutan Volleyball Federation
1. Asst. Program Officer
a. Develop annual Plans and Programs for the BVBF
b. Liaise with NSFs/SAs/DSAs/BOC/NGOs and HRH’s Secretariat
c. Liaise with FIVB, AVC, CAVAand other international partners
d. Compile and archive reports
e. Arrange and process travel documents for other international programs and events
f. Handle media platform (details mentioned below)
g. Handle BVBF email
h. Data collection and maintenance
i. BVBF budget development
j. Correspond with the technical unit and design annual activities
k. Develop an annual report and share it with the partners
l. Develop Annual Calendars in collaboration with Technical Unit
m. Call for an in-house meeting
n. Daily-weekly-monthly activities update to the Management (Presentation format)
2. Media Unit
a. Update of relevant sporting events of NSFs/SAs/DSAs/BOC
b. Preparation of press releases and conference
c. Maintain media archive
d. Liaise with mainstream media
e. Liaise with international media
3. Technical Unit
a. Develop and execute programs
b. Provide capacity-building programs for coaches
c. Lead programs and activities at the NSFs and SAs
d. Arrange and process travel documents for international competitions
e. Develop and submit technical reports
f. Develop coaches and athlete career pathway
g. Keep a record of athletes' and coaches’ international participation
h. Form a technical team and develop activities
i. Promotion of programs in schools
j. Develop sports related budget
k. Develop Annual calendars in collaboration with the program
l. Compile technical reports and present them to the Management
m. Areas of Collaboration
1. Execute all capacity-building programs
2. Develop a long-term plan for the BVBF
3. Manage communications
