Braswell Cheer Booster provides game day meals to all paying squad members by partnering with sponsored food restaurants and other pre-selected dining establishments. Each week, a selection from one of our preselected restaurants is chosen and rotated to offer variety. This setup ensures that squad members receive convenient, quality meals on game days, while supporting and promoting the partner restaurants through the program.
The fee for game day meals is $150, which covers all squad members' meals for the entire football season. Payments can be made by clicking the link below.

At the start of each week, a Google Form will be shared via the Band app for all paying squad members to select their preferred meal from the available options. Please ensure that the form is completed before the designated deadline to allow sufficient time for order placement and payment processing. Failure to submit a meal selection by the deadline will result in the default meal for that week.
Please note: If a squad member has food allergies or special dietary restrictions that cannot be accommodated by the selected restaurants, it may be advisable for the parent to provide the athlete with alternative meals outside the game-day meal program offered by Booster.

Volunteers coordinate ordering, pickup, setup, and distribution so every athlete has a meal before each football game.

Are meals refundable?
Because meals are planned and purchased for the season based on participation, Game Day Meal purchases are non-refundable. The program is designed to cover meals throughout the football season, including the 11 scheduled games, as well as occasional meals during extended practices, late nights, or other team activities as needed.
If your athlete will be absent for a particular game, please have them select the "No Meal Needed" option in the weekly meal selection. This helps us order the correct quantity of food, reduce waste, and be good stewards of Booster Club funds.
The Game Day Meal Program is offered as a convenience for families and is not intended to be a fundraiser. The $150 fee covers the actual cost of meals and related expenses throughout the season. The Booster Club does not generate a profit from this program.
Each week, athletes will have the opportunity to choose from the available meal options or select "No Meal Needed." Collecting meal selections in advance allows us to order the correct number of meals, accommodate dietary requests whenever possible, minimize food waste, and ensure every athlete receives the meal they requested.
