DiSC
Participants take assessment prior to class and have them already scored. Introduce DISC and discuss concepts and 4 personality profiles. After lunch introduce experiential exercises on how participants can utilize knowledge of their personality profile in their work.

Organization Culture/Employee
This day we will discuss the organizational culture. Discuss the development, focus and maintenance of the culture for the organization. We focus on the company culture and the impact on the employees and how to continue to nurture and foster a culture that the leadership puts forth and has established. After lunch introduce experiential exercises on how participants can utilize knowledge of the culture in their work and beyond.

Bias Training
Presentation will focus on the definition of unconscious bias and the many ways it can subtly manifest in the work place undermining productivity, trust, a positive organizational culture, and the DE&I strategy.

Communication: Rapport/Feedback/Courageous Conversations
Morning presentation will focus on communication techniques to build trust in work teams and between leaders and direct reports. Participants will have the opportunity to not only learn techniques but how to teach them or get follow up resources to teach them in their organizations to build a culture of trust and respect.

Leadership Development Plan
This day we will discuss how to develop a leadership development plan for your organization. We will share our experiences of putting together a plan for various levels of a growing organization and spend the rest of the day in interactive opportunities for participants to discuss, design, and offer feedback on.
Data and Technology
This day will focus on how numbers of any sort tell a story and question, what are the numbers of your organization and what do those numbers tell you? Also, the impact that technology can have on an organization and the etiquette of the virtual world.

Office 365 Efficiency
Increase your efficiencies with outlook, Teams, word and Excel. We will focus on outlook email, calendar and tasks and take continuous questions from participants as to where they have the most challenges. We will move on to Teams. After lunch, we will have work groups for participants to practice/get help with individual challenges with outlook or Teams issues, or participants who wish to have some assistance with Word or Excel.
Developing Intuitive Leadership Skills
Morning presentation will focus on the concepts of teaching your brain how to think ahead, put things more easily into perspective, be more perceptive, and remember things you want to remember. The final part of the day will involve a discussion of the whole course, wrap up, and course evaluation.
The Art of Delegation
This day participants will analyze the 4 stages of delegation, barriers to delegating and discover opportunities for delegation and learn to identify when the need for delegation exists. Participants will then take part in exercises to work on their current responsibilities and begin to identify areas for possible delegation. As well as participate in an activity in which they will have the opportunity to observe others delegating and provide feedback.
Building Effective Business Relationships
Participants will define the importance of business relationships, learn to synergize their current business with other business leaders and recognize standards and practices for developing better business partnerships. In the afternoon, the participants will take part in 3 different exercises focused around business relations to help reinforce and identify potential business relationships to build.
How to Scale a Growing Organization
Participants will learn to recognize key strategies in creating scale. They will learn to specify the strengths and challenges at different stages of a business' growth, state industry indicator for the market and describe the role and impact that Human Resources have in an organization's growth.
