*MATH TEXT (Workbook) and Desmos/Amplify (Online): Students are to take Notes and complete all Practice assignments in their Workbook, then check their answers on Desmos. 

ASSIGNMENTS:

• See "Classwork" Tab on Google Classroom for posts including links, lessons, notes, due dates and details.

• Students who use their time well usually finish their work in class.

*iReady: Adaptive Individualized Math Practice

ABSENCES: Students have one week to complete make-up work, quizzes, or tests for full credit.

EXTRA HELP: Sign up for Flex Time, email me, or come see me at break. Just a few minut can make a huge difference. 

GRADES are posted on Aeires and are based on each student's demonstration of their understanding.  

GRADING: 

• Tests: 100 points

• Open-note Quizzes: 10 points (May redo w/ in a week for up to +9%)

• Projects: 5-20 points

 0  = Nothing to Score 

 6=  Illegible or Below Basic 

 7 =  Basic

 8 =  Proficient 

 9 =  Advanced 

 10 = Mastery

REDO PROCESS: WITHIN A WEEK OF A GRADE BEING POSTED 

1. Make legible corrections in a different color or on seperate document. I need to be able to compare old and new.

2. See me during class work time to show and discuss your new understanding. 

3. If proficient, I will update your score on the spot. If not, follow my suggestions and try again tomorrow:)
