Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbs agave syrup
- 2 tbs matcha powder
- 1-3 cups of milk (almond, coconut, cashew recommended)
Directions:
- On Medium heat, heat strawberries with with about 1/4 cup of water (keep a couple strawberry slices for garnish). Bring to a slight boil mixing regularly to avoid burning. Reduce heat to Low.
- Add Agave syrup and matcha powder. Stir until completely mixed.
- Once fully mixed, remove from heat and cool until room temperature. (Transferring to a glass jar or bowl speeds up cooling time.)
- Once cooled completely, transfer to blender. Add milk and blend until smooth. (The color of milk should be pink, but the intensity of color will depend on how much milk added. For more intense strawberry flavor, use less milk.)
- Pour over ice and strawberry slices. And enjoy!
