Informed Consent

Your child will have brought an information sheet and consent form home from school, to gain your permission for them to be involved in the research study. This means you give the Better Start team permission to use your child's anonymous data for research purposes, and to help other children benefit from this approach to literacy instruction.

You can fill out the paper copy of the consent form and return to your child's classroom teacher. Or, if you'd prefer, complete the online version of the consent form below.
