The Better Start Literacy Approach is a classroom based intervention weaving phonological awareness and vocabulary development into the literacy curriculum of New Entrant and Year 1 classrooms.

Focused around high quality children's story books, the Better Start Literacy Approach facilitates the development of foundational skills for early literacy success.
