Think of this project as a three-part "Delivery Team" that helps make buildings accessible for everyone—especially people with disabilities and seniors.
Instead of one person trying to do everything (which is slow and confusing), we split the job into three specific roles. This keeps things fast, honest, and professional.
These are volunteers in your neighborhood—like people from local community groups or village offices. They aren't architects; their only job is to go to a building and record facts. They take photos, measure the width of doors, and check the slope of ramps using our app. They don't decide if the building is "legal" or "illegal"—they just collect the evidence.
These are the licensed professionals. They don't have to waste time driving around to every single building to take measurements. Instead, they receive the information collected by the "Eyes" on their computer. They check the data against the law (BP 344) and decide: "Yes, this is compliant" or "No, this needs to be fixed." Because they have our professional tools, they can check ten times more buildings than they could before.
This is the city or municipal office. They get a clear, easy-to-read report that tells them exactly which buildings in their city are accessible and which are not. Because the report comes from a licensed architect, the city government can use it immediately to enforce the law and tell building owners what needs to be fixed.
Step 1: The Community Observes (The Eyes).
Step 2: The Licensed Professional verifies the data and signs off (The Brains).
Step 3: The LGU takes action based on that professional sign-off (The Enforcer).
No Collusion: Because the person measuring the building is different from the person who decides if it’s legal, nobody can "look the other way" or fake a report.
Faster and Cheaper: Architects spend less time on manual labor (traveling and measuring) and more time on high-level decisions.
Real Results: Buildings get fixed faster because the city government finally has a reliable, professional list of what needs to be improved.
Essentially, we provide the "infrastructure" that allows these three groups to work together perfectly without ever getting in each other's way.
The Enforcer (Ang Local Government/LGU): Sila ang city o municipal office.
Step 1: Ang komunidad ang mag-o-observe (The Eyes).
Step 2: Ang licensed professionals ang magbe-verify at magsa-sign off (The Brains).
