What brings your team together toward a common goal?
what brings our team together to a common goal is the fact that we were all able to discuss and work together on the issues of society. we were also able to apply ehat we have learnt in the past such as computaional thinking to first break down the problem, find a common issue with the problem and past problems and the problem we found was the right leadership, then we focused on the main problem which to us is awareness before going to to a less weighty problem, and finally we made a set of steps and rules to work towards our common goal. such as:
Understanding that everyones opinion matters
Knowing that we are all working towards the same goal
Realizing that we all have to work together
Leading by example, as good leadership starts from a young age
accepting the reality that every little contribution, all leads to big change.
and so on.
