Introduction

Hi, Hello, Kia ora, 

I love to help others in projects or programmes (mahi in hōtaka), and share tips when needed, in agile delivery, entrepreneurship, product development, portfolio, programme, and project management. 

I'm originally from El Salvador. I'm a Salvadoran and New Zealander now, and I have found the beautiful motu, a beautiful unique Aotearoa New Zealand country for 13 years. I'm truly enjoying my time here, learning and growing as a person. 

I like to work for a good purpose like everyone else, and if Te Taio is our home, I'm motivated with the mahi currently at the Ministry for the Environment-Manatū Mō Te Taiao.

I enjoy working with agile software delivery, and traditional Prince2 for upfront planning. 

I built this page, because I wanted to start work as a freelancer, and initially created it to show some of my work, to maybe potential clients.

To stay updated with the new agile sustainability initiatives, practices and principles, I'm an Agile Alliance Member, for self-learning and improvement.

I've been working in portfolio, programme, and project management, for 8 years now. I got burnt out, took a break, and have been focusing again on meditation, I'm more resilient now, as I have more connection with the present moment, and the now. I see life with humour and I focus on the positive and solutions. I continue to love working in adaptive and predictive programmes. 

The majority of my experience has been working in software product development. I truly enjoy agile software delivery, because I have learned how to easily communicate with developers and the business side. 

I enjoy helping design minimalistic frameworks in collaboration, and I would like to build up more experience in portfolio and product management. I have a passion for improving productivity and communication within teams, through the implementation of information communication technology.

I've been involved in startups since I was very young, as I used to help in my family projects where I could.

I love nature, birds, dogs, dolphins, art and all humans with the beautiful souls.
