Introduction  

Kia ora, 

I love to help others in projects or programmes, and share tips when needed, in agile delivery, entrepreneurship, lean product development, portfolio, programme, and project management, in traditional Prince2, Prince2 agile, and Scrum scalability, integration and adaptability. I enjoy helping, so that teams can adapt towards Agile or traditional frameworks.

I recently got my certification of Scrum Product Owner and at scale training. There are multiple agile ways of doing things, it is not just about agile behaviour and then you are flexible by having a board with activity cards, to see the status of work in progress in a team, that never works well, it's also important to put into practice techniques for continuous integration, improvement and delivery. All of these methods have core values that I enjoy putting into practice. 

I was born in El Salvador. I'm a Salvadoran and New Zealander now, and I have found the beautiful island, a beautiful country for 12 years. I'm truly enjoying my time here, learning and growing as a person.  

I built this page, because I wanted to start work as a freelancer, and initially created it to show some of my work, to maybe potential clients.

To stay updated with the new agile sustainability initiatives, practices and principles, I'm a Scrum and Agile Alliance Member, for self-learning and improvement.

I've been supporting portfolios and programmes of work for 8 years now. Most recently I've enjoyed agile software delivery, because I have learned how to easily communicate with stakeholders, developers and the business side, to understand their needs. 

I enjoy helping design minimalistic frameworks in collaboration, and I would like to build up more experience in portfolio and product management. I have a passion for improving communication within team, so that we can work better together. 

I've been involved in startups since I was very young, as I used to help in my family projects where I could.

Outside work I enjoy hiking, cooking and spend time with my dogs and pets.
