COMING EVENTS: Conversation Circles - English Learning Groups
This is a simple, open gathering where we remember Jesus together. There’s no set structure—individuals can share a scripture, a reflection, a hymn, or a prayer as we focus on the death and resurrection of Christ. The service leads up to taking the bread and the wine in remembrance of Jesus. It’s a meaningful time of worship and reflection. Everyone is welcome.
Our Sunday service is a time to gather, worship, and learn together. It includes a mix of contemporary and traditional songs led by our praise team, along with scripture reading, prayer, and Bible teaching. It’s a meaningful time of connection with God and one another. Children stay with their families during the praise and prayer time before heading off to Sunday School or the nursery, making it a service the whole family can enjoy!
Our Sunday School is a lively and welcoming place for children aged 3 to 12, where dedicated teachers help them grow in their faith and learn more about Jesus. Sunday School starts after the worship portion of our Family Bible Hour.
For our little ones, we also offer nursery care for children from newborn to age 3 during the eleven o'clock service. Parents can worship knowing their children are in good hands!
On the first and third Sunday of the month, after the Family Bible Hour, our Spanish Fellowship gathers for lunch, followed by a Bible study and discussion in Spanish. It’s a wonderful time to connect, grow in faith, and build community with our Latino brothers and sisters. If Spanish is your heart language, you’ll find a warm welcome here!
If you would like to improve your English speaking skills, join us for Conversation Circles at Bethany. We will meet for six evenings from November 6 to December 11.
We will discuss the following topics: Getting to Know You, Daily Life, Food and Meals, Seasons and Weather, Holidays and Celebrations, and Hopes and Dreams.
This is a faith-based program where we will learn together, share stories, explore the Bible, and build community. All levels of English learners are welcome—from beginners to advanced speakers. Come, make new friends, practise your English, and be encouraged!
