CT & CatAlg organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as “the OC”), which has its office at the DeFENS, Università degli Studi di Milano, via Mangiagalli 22, Milano, Italy organizes the workshop CT & CatAlg, which will be held in Milano, Italy, on September 9th-10th, 2024,. 

The OC hereby informs you, Data Subject, that th OC collects, accesses, uses and processes your personal data in the way described below and asks you to consent to such our collection, access, use and process of your personal data. (i) Organizing CT & CatAlg, which you will attend and may give a presentation 

(ii) Helping you to arrange accommodations during CT & CatAlg 

(iii) Helping you to arrange transportations during CT & CatAlg 

(iv) Helping you to find restaurants and making other services arrangements 

(v) Considering, entering into or performing contracts or other relationship 

(vi) Responding to your queries or requirements 

(vii) Emergency scenario (accident, fire, injury, health and safety, etc.) follow-up

We keep your personal data as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order to provide the aforementioned services to you. For accounting or auditing purposes we may retain your personal data for a period of time after our direct business dealings have ended. 

Furthermore, we may share your personal data with other companies located within the EEA and provide CT & CatAlg services related to the provision of the services indicated above: airlines, hotels, accommodations, transportations, restaurants, tour operators, travel agencies, and other service providers.
