Ben Gobler

Hello! My name is Ben Gobler. I am a student at WPI studying mathematical sciences and teaching. During the spring 2022 semester I completed my teaching practicum in high school mathematics. Across the fifteen week program at Worcester Technical High School, I lead five classes of students in algebra and geometry. My supervising practitioner Nicolas Coughlin and program supervisor Therese Gerhardt brought about my success in the classroom with continual feedback and support throughout the process.

This portfolio is a collection of perspectives and materials from my teaching experience, as well as an overview of the components of the practicum and educational policy in Massachusetts.
