Alex Winslow grew up in Bend, OR and started swimming competitively at 10 years old on the Bend Swim Club. She attended Bend Senior High School and graduated in 2015. She swam all 4 years and attended state her Junior and Senior year. Alex also participated in water polo throughout her high school years. 

Alex attended Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While attending Pacific, Alex competed on the swim team all four years and was named Captain her senior year. While in the Portland area, Alex coached a swim team with Adaptive Sports NW, a nonprofit that focuses on providing athletic events for those with physical disabilities. After 6 years, Alex moved back to Bend and became the assistant coach for Bend High. 

Alex currently works at Summit Health as a medical assistant working towards entering a master's program. She is very excited to continue as head coach this season and can't wait to get started!
