What a Season!
The Lava Bear Swimmers finished the 2024-25 season with a splash! These athletes are making their mark on youth athletics in Oregon! Here are some highlights:
Lava Bear girls and boys worked together to bring home the Mayors Cup at the Bend City Meet for the second year in a row!
Lava Bear girls brought home the 5A IMC District Championship trophy for the THIRD year in a row!
Lava Bear boys brought home the 5A IMC District Championship trophy for the first time since 2018!
We took 19 athletes to 5A State Championships!
Lava Bear girls won 5A State Champs for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW! Not only that but they beat the record for most points scored at state championships with 121 points, beating the previous record set by us last year at 119 points!!!
Lava Bear boys placed 9th at 5A State Champs! Best place since 2018!
