Community Newsletter Delivered to all Belvedere residents June 2023
Area residents have maintained the beach and waterfront property intermittently and inconsistently over the years.
The last known functioning BCA board chose not to include the beach and water access on their agenda due to the enormity of repairs and maintenance needed at the time.
Volunteers have been working for the past three years gathering historical data, researching watershed management practices, and filing for state and federal nonprofit status.

Belvedere Residents are encouraged to join! By joining the BCA, you will take part in the efforts to make the beach more ecologically and recreational friendly, not to mention safe and enjoyable. Residents who join the BCA can also partake in regular meetings and have a vote on actions proposed for the restoration projects. .

Mago Vista Area residents seeking water access privileges can join as 'Friends of the Beach' This will allow for beach access and water privileges, but will not include voting rights in board initiatives. Those living outside of the area are welcome to visit Belvedere Beach when escorted by area residents.
