July Update
Thanks to Community volunteers, WE HAVE A KAYAK RACK. Until the BCA board can finalize guidelines, please review the following expectations for Kayak rack usage.
1. The BCA is NOT responsible for any personal items left on BCA property.
2. Please SECURE YOUR PROPERTY.
3. All items should be on the RACK, not the ground.
4. The BCA representatives have the right to remove/relocate items.
5. Owners must routinely check on their property, removing all at the end of the season.

Quarter 1 2023 Updates
Thank you for your patience. The all-volunteer team has been busy this Spring finalizing the BCA property lines, applying to and receiving Unity Garden grants, and planting natives at the beach access entryway to help manage run-off. Please view our site for updated minutes, important documents, and many many pictures.

The Belvedere Community Association (BCA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the Belvedere Beach community area to be ecologically friendly and safe for recreational use.
Since incorporating and becoming a 501 c 3 non profit organization, many temporary improvements have been made.
Safety being the primary goal, boardwalk repairs have started!
Rotted planks replaced as well as redesigned steps.
After determining the BCA property lines, unofficially, much of the space has been narrowed and unusable due to overgrowth and lack of routine care.
Reducing weeds, brush, and overgrowth opens up more usable space for the community.
Temporary measures to stabilize and mitigate erosion.
