Candidate Self-Evaluation Survey

This questionnaire is intended to help members understand how closely candidates' views align with the values and policy priorities of Indivisible CenTex. 

Instructions Provided to the Candidates:

Please complete this self-evaluation survey honestly and thoroughly. Candidates may respond based on honest personal opinion, demonstrated past actions, voting records, community involvement, and/or commitments/campaign pledges, if elected.

For each statement, rate your level of alignment, from 1 - 5, using the following scale:

0 — No Answer
