As we go through the stages of solving the cube. Certain moves will be restricted so we don't destroy what we have placed in previous stages. SO at the beginning of each stage we can move any face we need to. To accomplish what we need do for the stage we are on as long as we do not make any restricted moves. This is a very intuitive method and relies on you being able to move pieces of the cube into position on your own. SO when doing so you must keep the restrictions in mind.
Stage 1. green/white and blue/white edges (orient centres)
Objective: Place the green/white edge in the down left position and the blue/white edge to the right down position then adjust the green and blue centres.
Restrictions: None (nothing is solve yet)
Method: This step is all done intuitively. You can simply rotate the whole cube so that one of the edges is in position with white facing down. So the first piece will be solved before you even make a move. Now you simply have to move the other edge so it is on the down layer across from the first edge with white facing down. After these 2 pieces are in place you simply have to rotate the equator (E) till the centres match the edge peices that are in place. If after rotating the equator around they don't match simply do a M* move and then when you rotate the equator around again they will match.
