The Bicycle NSW Bega Tathra Safe Ride 2022 Community Ride is ON!!

Have fun riding your bike, raise funds to support mobility assistance and local schools, honour the memory of David Brand #Ride4David and be part of the push to get the rest of the path built from Kalaru to Bega.

We are thrilled to have the support of local legend Perth2Pambula's very own Dane Waites who will join us for a run to spread the #GiveDaneACleanRun and #GiveDaneASafeRun messages. We are very grateful to Dane and Junee Waites for their support.

7:15am -8:00am - Register at Bega Cheese Heritage Centre

Enjoy something to eat and have a coffee at the Bega Cheese Heritage Centre

8:00am Welcome to Country and Ride Briefing

8:30am Depart Bega Cheese Heritage Centre, ride 22km to Tathra Hotel, Tathra

Ride along the Princes Highway, Carp Street, Bega Bike paths, Bega-Tathra Road -single-lane, rolling closure supervised by Platinum Traffic Services, Kalaru to Tathra Shared path, Bega Street Tathra

11:00am Arrive at Tathra Hotel

To enter the draw for the Tathra Beach and Bike $1000 bike voucher, simply post a picture of yourself and/or family/friends/whoever active with the hashtag #Bega2TathraGoAllTheWay between now and the day of the ride! The winning ticket will be drawn at the Tathra Hotel at the end of the ride!

Tickets will go on sale from the 9th August on TryBooking. Only 300 can ride and don't forget it is a fundraiser for #BegaTathraSafeRide and #Ride4Schools

**Fee includes insurance coverage with Bicycle NSW Temporary Membership for this event. You can also make a donation to support our efforts to raise funds for mobility assistance. We have purchased a Triobike Taxi and your donation will help pay for it!!
