Priority Actions (updated October 25th, 2025)

Registration

• Team acceptances: On the team status table below, check that your coach/captain has returned the team acceptance form. If not, it should be in an email with the subject line CRE[AT]E Challenge acceptance + Kickoff sent on Friday October 11th (if your team registered before the kickoff).

• Student acceptances: On the team status table below, check the student status. When your team coach/captain returns the team acceptance form, it triggers an email to be sent to all team members, who must then individually fill out a student acceptance form.

• A Discord invitation is included in all acceptance confirmation emails. Please join the Discord and introduce yourself!

Course

• Go ahead and get started on the course! You do not need access to Edly to begin.

• Edly invitations have not been sent out yet, but will be sent out soon.

• Students who have completed the course from previous iterations of the Challenge do not need to complete the course again.

Project

• Find a co-designer to work with if you have not done so already! See Finding a Co-Designer for more information. The CRE[AT]E Challenge is not responsible for matching you with co-designers.

Upcoming Deadlines

• Course Section: Introduction (due November 2nd)

  • Because we haven't sent out the Edly account yet, you won't be able to complete this at the moment.

• Project Milestone: Find a Co-Designer (due November 23rd)
