My research team and I advocate a neuro-affirmative approach to organizations and work that we conceptualize as "a systemic and participatory approach that challenges neuronormative assumptions embedded in organizational structures, practices and cultures, while recognizing neurodivergent individuals as legitimate contributors to and co-designers of their work environments".
